As an Agent Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our Agent Division by identifying and contracting independent agents to drive business. This role is perfect for someone who is social media savvy, especially on LinkedIn, and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Headhunt & Source: Use your skills to identify top agents and business entities to join our network, using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Drive Success: Exceed your goals by maintaining an active pipeline, completing detailed reports, and identifying opportunities that contribute to our bottom line.
• Build Partnerships: Engage with prospects, outline and promote our Sponsor/Agent Partnership to ensure the right business fit.
• Collaborate: Work closely with managers and team members to ensure a seamless transition for qualified leads.
