As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing all accounts payable related transactions. In addition, you will also ensure accuracy and detail when auditing invoices. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent written and communication skills, previous A/P related experience and the ability to work alongside a multitude of personalities.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Auditing invoices and assisting carriers with billing questions
• Taking inbound call - a couple a month
• Making outbound calls - a couple a month
• Data Entry
• Processing customer invoices
